Alan Lange
In addition to serving as Managing Director of MuniStrategies, Alan Lange is also President of Kinetic Staffing, a southeast legal regional recruiting and staffing firm, where his practice focuses on partner recruiting and law firm mergers and acquisitions. He helped start MuniStrategies in 2006 focusing on fundraising and deal origination.
Lange received his Bachelors of Arts in Economics with Honors in 1993 from Millsaps College and later received a Masters in Business Administration from Millsaps in 1996.
In 2000, Lange founded Redundant Networks, Inc., a managed service provider focused on network disaster-prevention. Here he led the initial round of funding and served as the company's CEO for one year. He also authored a process patent (US 6,934,732) for the technology upon which the company's operations were based. He remains on its Board of Directors. Through this company, Lange developed relationships with tax-advantaged and venture capital investment firms in the southeast and around the country.
He has worked in a variety of publicly traded technology start-up companies where was one of the earliest employees in two firms that were started by the same management team. Prior to that, Alan worked with WorldCom where he was a Marketing Product Manager for the company's Internet group. Lange began his career in 1993 working as Director of Business Development for Informus, which was acquired by ChoicePoint in 1997.

Alan Lange lives in Jackson with his wife, Holly and sons, Ford and Jake. They are members of the Cathedral Church of St. Andrew. He is a 2003 graduate of the Leadership Mississippi program and a 2004 graduate of Leadership Jackson.
Alan was also recently named to Mississippi's Top 40 Under 40 as chosen by the Mississippi Business Journal. Alan also serves as a Trustee for Safe City Initiative and has worked extensively on data/public record issues and research for the organization. He also served on the Transition Team and chaired the Technology Transition Committee for Frank Melton, the newly elected Mayor of Jackson.
Mark J. McCreery
Mark J. McCreery is an entrepreneur who has been involved in 18 different start-up businesses since 1988. In November of 2005, McCreery sold his interest in AmeriMail Direct, Inc., which he began with his wife in 1996. McCreery had served as President of this Jackson, Mississippi-based company which is a direct mail company specializing in corporate marketing, data management, printing and graphics.
McCreery currently serves as President of MJM Consulting Group, Inc., a political and business consulting firm. In addition, McCreery is managing-member of several real estate-related companies based in Mississippi and is also involved in several technology-oriented companies.
With respect to real estate, McCreery has developed commercial/industrial properties, renovated office/commercial buildings, has setup real estate syndicate offerings and owns/manages various facilities, billboards and other assets. Finally, McCreery is also involved, through FriedGreenCapital, in venture capital and private equity investments largely in technology and alternative energy companies involved in biofuel and biomass.
Mr. McCreery has served as a financial and strategic consultant to various political and business clients across the country. Current and past clients include dozens of local and statewide Mississippi candidates, as well as Chip Pickering for Congress, Rudolph W. Giuliani (Mayor-New York City in 1993/1997), Lamar Alexander for President ’96, Bush-Quayle ’92, and the 1992 Republican National Convention in Houston, Texas. McCreery also worked for Mayor Giuliani at New York City Hall in 1994, managing a staff of 170 and a budget of $137 million.

McCreery, 41, resides in Jackson with his wife Sharon and daughter Madison and attends St. Richard's Catholic Church. McCreery attended Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree. McCreery is involved in various activities throughout the Jackson metropolitan area, including membership in Leadership Jackson, serving on various leadership committees at Millsaps College, serving as Chairman and founder of SAFECITY (a statewide crime watchdog group) and on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Central Mississippi and Business and Industry Political Education Committee (BIPEC). Finally, McCreery is a frequent lecturer and in 2005 was an adjunct professor at Millsaps College Else School of Management where he developed the curriculum for a class called Entrepreneurship.
